Next up in our series of learning new techniques is Intarsia. Julie will guide you through this colorful bandana designed by Aimée Gille from La Bien Aimée. Intarsia is a knitting technique that allows you to add sections of color in the middle of a project. Unlike stranded knitting, there are not floats across the back of the project making it smooth and beautiful on both sides. Le Bandana is a wonderful piece to add color and fun to an outfit. Fee: $50 Dates: November 22nd & December 6th; 1:00 - 3:00 pm Class Level: Intermediate Skills needed: Knit, Purl, Cast on, k2tog, yarn over Skills learned: Reading a chart, Intarsia Materials Needed: US 7 24-32” needle, tapestry needle, stitch marker, Yarn Kits available in shop (11 – 13 g balls of Sport or DK Weight yarn). Cancellation Policy
Class registration is refundable up to 72 hours prior to class. If you need to cancel your registration within 72 hours of the class, the fee can be used as a credit towards another class, but not refunded. The class requires a minimum of 3 students registered. If the minimum registration is not met the class will be canceled 72 hours prior to the start time.
